HOW WE WORK

Step 1 - Initial Contact:

~ Initial contact is made by client through either webpage, social media, email or phone. 

~ Client is made aware of job/quote process. 

~ Onsite consultation is arranged with builder and draftsman.

Step 2 - Design Phase:

~ We work with our clients through our draftsman to ensure that their design brief is met and we can achieve the desired end result.

~ This process is crucial to the success of the project. Getting the design right ensures a smooth construction process.

Step 3 - Quotation/pricing:

~ Once we have some concept drawings, every effort is made to quote your project efficiently & accurately. 

~ This allows us to be transparent with our clients. By having detailed & accurate quotes it avoids variations throughout the project and gives our clientele piece of mind their contract is fixed price and won't change during construction.

Step 4 - Construction Phase:

~ Project commences. BG Construction Group is with our clients every step of the way, ensuring their project completed with strong attention to detail.

~ Clients can have piece of mind their project is constructed accurately to the approved construction drawings, engineering & building permit guidelines.

Step 5 - Project Completion (Handover):

~ Project is officially handed back to the clients. 

~ All mandatory inspections are completed.

~ Occupancy & trade certificates are issued, showing compliant work has be conducted.

~ Customer feedback is issued.
